ARZIFLOW PRIVACY POLICY

Arzilence Psychiatry ("Arzilence," "we," "us," or "our") operates the ArziFlow mobile application ("ArziFlow" or the "Application"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with your use of the Application.

By accessing or using ArziFlow, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies solely to ArziFlow. It does not apply to clinical services provided by Arzilence Psychiatry or to any other websites, applications, or services operated or maintained by Arzilence Psychiatry. Clinical services are subject to separate HIPAA-compliant privacy policies.

ArziFlow is a wellness and productivity tool, not a medical service, and is not intended to store or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Users should not input medical diagnoses, medication names, or treatment information into the Application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the categories of information described below.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information: Email address, and optionally your name.

User-Generated Content: Tasks, schedules, notes, reflections, self-assessments, configuration settings, and other content you voluntarily enter into the Application.

Support Communications: Information you provide when submitting support requests or feedback.

2.2 Information Processed Through AI Features

If you engage with the Application's AI-enabled features, we process your inputs to generate responses. Limited logs may be retained for operational and support purposes. These logs are treated as user-generated content and are not used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

2.3 Technical Information

We may collect minimal technical data required to operate and secure the Application, such as general device type and non-identifying event logs. This information is not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

ArziFlow does not collect device identifiers, IP addresses for tracking, precise location, cookies, or detailed usage analytics.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described in Section 2 for the following purposes:

Application Functionality: To operate, maintain, and provide the features of ArziFlow.

Personalization: To tailor in-app insights, recommendations, and user experience based on your content and preferences.

Support and Communication: To respond to inquiries, provide technical support, and deliver essential account-related notifications.

Security and Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address security incidents, misuse, or violations of our Terms of Use, and to comply with applicable laws.

We do not use personal information for third-party advertising, retargeting, or cross-app tracking.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share information with vendors who perform operational services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data storage, and AI processing. These entities may access information solely as necessary to perform contracted services and are required to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security measures.

4.2 Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose information as required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4.3 Corporate Transactions

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to continued protection consistent with this Privacy Policy.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Application and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Upon account deletion, personal information and user-generated content are deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, subject to standard backup cycles.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

For individuals in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

9. Children's Privacy

ArziFlow is not directed to or intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links

The Application may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Application or via email. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
