ARZILENCE ACADEMY

Education is an essential part of treatment. When patients and families understand what's happening, they're better able to participate in care, make informed decisions, assume an active role in their recovery, and cultivate long-term resilience. This library was created with that goal in mind: to turn the technical language of psychiatry into something both accurate and relatable.
The DSM-5 is the standard system clinicians use to classify mental health conditions. While precise, it can feel distant from everyday experience. We've reorganized those same conditions into a structure that may feel more natural when you're seeking help — one that reflects how problems often show up in real life.
