Dr. Bowary is a board-certified psychiatrist who earned his medical degree at the American University of Beirut (AUB) before completing a neuromodulation research fellowship and his psychiatry residency at Brown University.

During training, he served in leadership roles with the American Psychiatric Association (ACORF) and Rhode Island Psychiatric Society (RIPS), gaining early insight into how policy shapes patient care.

As Medical Director at previous organizations, Dr. Bowary assisted in developing and running programs for treatment-resistant depression and adult ADHD. He specializes in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for depression and OCD, alongside comprehensive adult ADHD care.

Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Dr. Bowary brings a multicultural perspective to his work. His approach integrates precision psychiatry with schema therapy, creating individualized treatment pathways grounded in both neuroscience and practical application.

Dr. Reichenberg is board certified in both Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his undergraduate and medical education at Rutgers University and Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, followed by an Adult Psychiatry residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship through Brown University and its affiliated hospitals.

During training, he held leadership roles with The Adolescent Leadership Council (TALC) and the psychiatry residency curriculum committee at Brown, reflecting his commitment to teaching and medical education. He has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed work in the field, including publications in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry.

Dr. Reichenberg's practice centers on adolescents aged 13 and older and young adults, with expertise across a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. His particular clinical interests include individuals on the autism spectrum and those living with anxiety disorders.

Julie Richards is the Practice Operations Associate at Arzilence Psychiatry. She brings experience in patient care coordination and clinical workflow management across outpatient specialties, including interventional psychiatry.

At Arzilence, she oversees patient access, intake, and the operational coordination that keeps the practice running smoothly — ensuring every patient experience is handled with efficiency and care.
